For larger or non-standard properties that require a personalized assessment, we offer an on-site inspection to evaluate the area and provide an accurate quote. This applies to facades, rooftops, large patios, or any property with special cleaning needs. The call-out fee covers our time, travel, and professional evaluation. If you decide to proceed with the service, the fee is deducted from your final bill.
